The REALTORS® Association of Northeast Wisconsin has been awarded up to $150,000 from the NAR Relief Foundation to support residents impacted by the July 2026 storms.

Many homeowners and renters are overwhelmed and unsure where to turn. Your outreach can help get real assistance into the hands of people who need it. When information comes from a trusted community leader, people are far more likely to apply.

Grant Amount: Up to $1,000, For Homeowners: One month of mortgage payments, For Renters: • Hotel costs • New lease signing costs • Payments to family/friends for temporary housing

Required Documentation: • Mortgage statement (homeowners) • Insurance claim/report/repair estimates • New rental agreement or hotel receipts • Photos of damage (with address) • Photo ID

Optional: 3rd Party Verification Form If you personally know someone impacted, your verification can help speed up review and distribution.
