RANW’s Cheryl Dreger and I (Kristen Hubers) were lucky enough to visit and tour the Milton House for Fair Housing month. The Milton House was a part of the Underground Railroad during the Civil War and is now the only authentic stop in Wisconsin that can still be toured.

Annually, RANW will conduct a required Firm Roster audit of licensees for all RANW Designated REALTORS®. Designated REALTORS® (DR) will receive a copy of the agent roster that RANW has on file. It is the responsibility of the DR to make sure that the RANW roster matches the roster for their firm with the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS). Any discrepancies must be corrected within 30 days of receiving the audit notification.
