LicensE is the DSPS' new, online, self-guided occupational license application platform that is NOW LIVE for real estate licensees. This platform is currently being used by other professions and occupations, and real estate licensees can now join the ranks of the lucky ones who enjoy a better online process. Anyone applying for an initial license using the new LicensE platform can apply at license.wi.gov.​ This platform is online for real estate on May 8, 2023.
