Paragon Training
STEP 1.) Register for Paragon training HERE. RANW does not have access to the login and password you choose.
STEP 2.) After registration, login HERE using the credentials you chose during registration.
STEP 3.) The image below will be the first screen you see after login. Click on My Training.
STEP 4.) As seen below, you will then be asked for an access code.
Please type in the Access Code listed HERE for the Paragon Academy and click Redeem.

STEP 5.) Please complete each unit until all units are complete. If you try to skip ahead in a video, the training program will not allow you to move forward.
Once all are complete, please submit your certificate of completion to cdreger@ranw.org.
This can be submitted as a screenshot, saved and submitted as a pdf, or printed and scanned to cdreger@ranw.org.
**In order to unlock your Paragon access, please submit the completion certificate as noted in Step 5 (M-F 8:30am-5pm CST) by emailing cdreger@ranw.org.
