To satisfy the new fair housing requirement established by NAR, RANW requires all new members to complete the free online course, “FairHaven 2.0 Essentials of Fair Housing Education” course” within 180 days of membership.

Here is how to complete it:

• Click on this link:  Fairhaven: A Fair Housing Simulation 2025
• Scroll until you see this and click on Fairhaven: A Fair Housing Simulation link

• Click on “Buy Now” and it will send you to a login page
• Use the login/password you set up when you took your online New Member Ethics course
• Once logged in, the course should be free
• Hit “Launch”

• Click enable and the class will start
• Once finished you should see the screen below - Click print certificate and email to cdreger@ranw.org
