Grant Amount: Up to $1,000, For Homeowners: One month of mortgage payments, For Renters: • Hotel costs • New lease signing costs • Payments to family/friends for temporary housing

Required Documentation: • Mortgage statement (homeowners) • Insurance claim/report/repair estimates • New rental agreement or hotel receipts • Photos of damage (with address) • Photo ID
