How To Renew

REALTOR® Dues Renewal

REALTOR® dues are payable annually in advance of each dues year in September/October. The discounted dues deadline is November 15th. Dues paid November 16th through December 31st, will be increased by $54. Dues paid after December 31st will incur reinstatement fees for RANW and WRA. Pay your annual renewal dues online on the MEMBER PORTAL. The member portal does not yet accept online payments for monthly MLS fees or application fees. 

The Designated REALTOR® of the non-renewing members will be notified of non-renewals prior to December 31st and advised that (s)he is required to fulfill her/his responsibilities to the Association in accordance with Article X, Section 2(a) and 3(c) of the Bylaws. If dues have not been paid by the close of business on December 31st, membership will be terminated for non-renewal. Membership can be reinstated only within the year for which dues were not renewed.

Affiliate Dues Renewal

Affiliate dues are payable annually in advance of each dues year in September and due by the close of business November 1st. If dues have not been paid by the close of business on December 31st, membership will be terminated for non-renewal.
